The Baby Got Back Padded Shaper is a one piece panty with foam padding built right into the buttocks. It is designed to keep its shape. Just slip it on and you are ready to go. No need for additional inserts etc. Pre shaped, natural looking padded panty is contoured & formed to resemble a realistic round bottom. Features 1 1/2 inch thick foam pads. Highwaist design features a smooth front engineered to flatten the tummy and prevent unsightly love handles and unwanted muffin tops, 90% polyester, 10% spandex.

A waste of my money!!! April 30, 2012

I'm slim & wear a size 8-10 in jeans which is normally medium but I ordered a large just to be on the safe size. It was very tight and the waist band would not stay up, it kept rolling down.....very disappointed. I would not recommend this to anyone. I did not send it back because the return process is just too time consuming.

Good but would be much better if removable silicone pads where used and also pockets in the hip area so optionel silicone pads could be added
