I really does'nt lift at all. It feels very contricted and gave my butt a weird shape. It was worth a try but I don't think I'll be wearing it out of the house.

I've tried just about everything out there with no successs. This product works for me. Gives me that little lift I need without looking wierd. Very comfortable and not noticeable under clothing. The strap down the middle back was a little long, but I made it shorter by very carefully removeing it and cutting about 1/2" off and reattached it. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I brought this panty in hopes of a lift because O had a baby and being lazy caused sagging.. I put the panty on and it pushed in my hips so much and my butt out that I looked abnormal.. I am 5"9" 165 pounds so I brought a medium.. The panty made my butt look like ) ( with the middle big instead of (  ) with the middle big.. Overall great life but in sucked in my hips and made me look misshapen....
