This product helps the breast by contracting the muscular fibers within it, achieving a complete toning, hardening, and firmness of the tissues, preventing the breast from gradually falling down. It is also useful when relieving premenstrual pains and for avoiding congestion of the mammary glands when breastfeeding. Also is medically recommended to reduce and eliminate nodules and cysts. It is an important factor in assisting in healing during post-surgical conditions, for it greatly diminishes swellings, pain, and bleeding due to its properties as a blood vessel contractor. Recommended for people with sensitive nipples. 

Instructions:

COLD: Place each disks, separated from one another, using its plastic bag or one similar, until it gets to the desired temperature. Place on the body area it has been designed for and apply for 15-20 minutes. 

HOT: Only use in heat to help in lactate milk flow. Place in the microwave wrapped in a damp cloth. (check Watts power) Heat and use with caution to not burn yourself. 

CAUTION: For sensitive skin, it is recommended to place a cotton towel between the gel pack and your skin. Do not use directly on open wounds. Do not use on people who cannot sense, or express discomfort to the temperature of the product. Do not use if you have any respiratory problems.
