This mid waist cinching buttock enhancer is a one piece panty with foam padding built right into the buttocks. It is designed to keep its shape. Just slip it on and you are ready to go. No need for additional inserts etc. Pre shaped, natural looking padded panty is contoured & formed to resemble a realistic round bottom.  Features 1 inch thick foam pads. The front tummy panel is designed to give a light weight, comfortable control to unsightly belly bulge. 90% polyester, 10% spandex.

This product is very nicely constructed.  It is true to size and the 1 inch padding is just enough however it does create a crease and a defect on the each side of my hips.  I think this happens because I don't fill the empty space between my butt and the pads.  This may be the reason why most of these panties are built with the pads on each cheek instead of the more appealing look of this one which is molded within the panty.  I am going to try to make it work by stretching out the creases on the side as much as I can.
