The strong powernet fabric controls the tummy while hidden pad pockets in the back of the garment are perfectly placed to hold the removable foam butt-enhancing pads securely in place. Worth the $$ February 19, 2010 Reviewer: Anonymous person from , NJ United States   I recently lost 30lbs and lost most of my booty fat:( Just received my highwaisted padded panty and Im am 100 % satisfied! I replaced foam pads with silicone  for a more natural feel and its the truth!!;) I am a size 5 135lbs and needed a large so they do run small!! Really does it's job!!! January 29, 2010 Reviewer: Brown Sugar from PORT HUENEME, CA United States   Feel Foxy's shipping is QUICK!  I think I got it 2 or 3 days after I ordered.  I had to return this one for a larger size (they run small) but from just trying it on ... I LOVED IT!!!  It has some serious tummy control (better than my Spanx) and the butt looks great too!  I ordered the silicone butt pads to replace the ones it comes with for the "natural" feel : )  Can't wait to get my replacement back! Officially Fine! December 29, 2009 Reviewer: Anonymous person from Kansas City, MO United States   1 placed order on 12-22, got it on 12-24, thanks for fast delivery x-mas week!  It is a little uncomfortable between the legs where the snaps are, but I look sooo good in it i am officially fine!  I ordered the silicone pads, didnt need them, the shaper came w/just enough uumph:) Will use pads with different panty.  You will love your shape with this! Hold you in! July 17, 2009 Reviewer: Monique from St. Louis, Mo United States   This really holds you in, and i bought silicone pads to go with it for a realistic feel.
