At Feel Foxy we take great pride in our reputation for quality, service, and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days from your original purchase date, you may receive a refund or an exchange. All returns or exchanges must have the original tags attached, be in their original packaging, and must not have been worn. All sales are final on clearance items.
Please send your package, including your packing slip, via a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred (International shipments will be charged the original shipping and handling charge on any exchange). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow up to two weeks for a refund/exchange to be processed and appear on your credit card billing statement. If the items returned have been tampered with or damaged after leaving our store, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Due to Health Regulations, we cannot accept products that have been worn. For sanitary reasons, please try items on over your own under garments.
