It is designed to keep its shape. Just slip it on and you are ready to go. No need for additional inserts etc. Pre shaped, natural looking padded panty is contoured and formed to resemble a realistic round bottom.  Features 2 inch thick foam pads. 90% polyester, 10% spandex.

I really didnt like the garment. I ordered one size and it was entirely to big then I sent it back to get the next size down.  This didnt work either and I decided not to pay again to ship it back. I dont know what the problem was but it was entirely to tight maybe the garment wasnt true to size and the padding was to thin. I guess its a chance you to take when ordering on line.

The product didn't look or feel natural to me.  It also wasn't tight enough to give me that coke bottle effect in the waist area.
