It really does work but it's too noticeable in items such as jeans and leggings can't be worn with such clothing if your wearing a dress you could pull it off without anybody noticing, still gave it three stars because it does lift my butt up and I've been receiving plenty of compliments but the lace rolls up sometimes so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who wants to wear it with jeans or leggings it's only suitable for dresses, hopefully I can find a butt lifter that I can wear jeans with on this site.
