Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy
At Feel Foxy we take great pride in our reputation for quality, service, and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days from your original purchase date, you may receive a refund or an exchange. All returns or exchanges must have the original tags attached, be in their original packaging, and must not have been worn.
All sales are final on clearance items. Due to Health Regulations we cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn, washed, dried, soiled, stained, or covered in pet hair. We will also refuse returns that have an odor such as smoke or perfume. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

How Do I Return or Exchange My Items?
We've changed the way you return or exchange your items! Follow the steps below to print your return/exchange label. Your refund will be credited minus return postage usually $6-$10 (This option is provided for your convenience, you do not have to use our return label to send back your items.)

  1. Click on the following link: Feel Foxy Returns and Exchanges

  2. Enter your order number and zip code and click 'Look Up Order' to start the process.

  3. From there, select which item(s) you'll be returning, then choose a return method (Return or Exchange) or Return Reason (i.e. Didn't Fit, Changed Mind, etc.)

  4. Click 'Submit'

  5. Next, select 'Print Return Label'

  6. Print it out!

  7. Tape it to the outside of the bag, envelope or box. You can use the same bag your items came in, just be sure to remove or cross out any old barcodes or shipping labels.

  8. Drop it off at your local USPS location or hand it to your mail courier.                                                          

Have an Exchange? 
Please include a note with the new product, size and color you would like. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. If your exchange is for a product that is priced higher than the original item ordered please enclose a check or money order for the difference. 


When will I get my Refund or Exchange?
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. Please allow one week for a refund/exchange to be processed and appear on your credit card billing statement. If the items returned have been tampered with or damaged after leaving our store, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

International Returns and Exchanges
We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. You may select any method to return or exchange your order to us. International shipments will be charged the original shipping and handling charge on any exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If your package returns to us unclaimed or returned to sender we will issue a refund less original shipping charges that were incurred.

Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after the order is placed. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (delivered with your regular mail), which is usually a 4-6 day service to anywhere in the USA. USPS Express Mail is also available for an additional fee and is delivered within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to one week for shipping and handling of all orders.

International Shipping Information
We ship to most international countries. International Priority Mail may take up to 4 weeks. Global Express Mail is also available for orders requiring delivery time less than 2 weeks. Please be aware that we are not responsible for longer delivery times due to the customs department in your local country nor are we responsible for any import duties and taxes they may or may not charge you in addition to the shipping charges you have already paid to Feel Foxy. You may import 3 or 4 times with no charges and on the 5th time customs will hold it for duties and taxes, it just depends on customs and the person who processes the package. We always ship it the same way every time, and say that it is a commercial sample on the package to try and protect you from any additional customs charges, but this method is not always successful, and Feel Foxy cannot be held responsible. Please note that international orders will be required to pay shipping both ways on items they wish to exchange.

Privacy is Guaranteed
To protect your privacy, all orders will be shipped in a plain white box, as pictured below. They will be shipped from "F.F. Enterprises". Feel Foxy will not be marked anywhere on the outside of the box.
