It is The Bertinator here, your celebrity fitness expert-- and today I'm here to help you Feel Foxy AND it only take 5 seconds to do!! Are you ready?? Ok, STAND UP, now - what I want you to do is roll your shoulders back. What happened when you did that?? Did you notice that you got a little taller?? You also automatically added more "curves" to your frame. Every time you correct your posture and stand up straight, your chest automatically gets bigger, your stomach gets a little flatter AND your backside sticks out. This one SIMPLE magic trick, rolling your shoulders back and standing up straight- not only makes you look better, but I guarantee you will FEEL better, and even foxier IN your Feel Foxy Shape Ware. Any one can do this. When you have great posture, and you carry yourself high, then people will notice you and see that you are a confident and foxy woman. Correcting your posture is easy to do. The tricky part is remembering to correct your posture, because our body falls back to how it is used to being carried. So what I want you to do is keep a sticky note somewhere you will see it often, or set an alert on your phone to go off every hour, so you can do a posture check.
