Each panty has two 1" thick removable oval hip pads . The foam is compressed and durable. Panty is constructed of lycra/spandex for support and comfort. Hand washing is recommended for longest wear. 90% Nylon and 10% Spandex.

Hip Booster
The hip booster is wonderful and it makes the hips like real.I wish you could make one with both hips and a butt for some of us who need both. I have two of them and am for sure ordering more five to take me through the week.

OK. WHEN U FIRST PUT THEM ON YOUR GONNA SEE HOW CURVY AND SQUARE-LIKE IT MAKE U LOOK. I IMMEDIATELY NOTICED THAT THESE WERE MADE FOR THE AVERAGE WOMAN.TO GET A MORE SMOOTHER LOOK U CAN SIMPLY REMOVE THE PADS ONE BY ONE. TURN THEM OVER SO THE EDGES WONT POKE OUT(THE PURPOSE IS TO GET A MORE SMOOTHER FINISH)PUT THE RIGHT PAD IN THE LEFT POCKET AND VICE-VERSE(SO THAT YOU WILL HAVE THE RIGHT COVERAGE). LASTLY WEAR THEM AROUND THE HOUSE WHILE U CLAEN OR WHATEVER BEFORE YOU WEAR THEM OUTSIDE SO THAT THE FOAM PADS CAN FORM TO YOUR BODY THE WAY YOU WANT THEM TO. HONESTLY ALL OF THIS TOOK LESS THAN 20 MINUTES. ITS WORTH THE MONEY YOU JUST HAVE TO MAKE THEM YOUR OWN.

I like it
The pads that come with this are a bit much, but when I slipped in some slightly smaller ones it was just right. Sizing from the chart was right on the mark too. The result is great.
