Phantom Ass
I have a Phantom Ass no more!! It looks beautiful and totally natural. It does make my rear a bit steamy after a while but it's worth it. I did order a large and I wear size 4 jeans. It is made like a panty girdle but I didn't need for it to fit like one (tight).

I recently purchased 2 pairs of Silicone Padded Panties...they are wonderful. The fit is very good and the silicone padding, though strange feeling at first, mold to your bottom and you don't notice them after a while. And what they do for my flat tush...ooooh la la...I've had several compliments, mostly from my girlfriends who know I was wearing them but also from my neighbor, Steve (he's hot!!!!) . Trust me girls, if you need a little help in the posterior like I do...get these panties. About the only drawback is the price - cost me a little over $50 for each pair of panties (that's delivered to my home address in Canada). Annette

The silicone padded panty fits very well. I actually wear it over my underwear. I have plenty of room & it doesn't make me look ridiculous just the right amount of curvature back there. I probably could go down a size but since I wear it over my underwear I'm ok with the size I have. Can't go from having nothing back there today to having a big rump tomorrow so it works great for me.

This is the best . I wanted a dunk so I put 2 silicone pads in each pocket instead of 1 and surprisingly it was not to heavy. I had surgery and I have a lot of sagging skin on my buttocks. This item did wonders I now have a dunk again. Just have to get a larger size than you wear

The item does not run true to size. I'm a 14/16 with no butt nor hips, I ordered a 4x and its too small. I even had customer service go over size chart because I considered the 5x. They told me no go with 4x! Well I should've followed my first mind...
