I received my padded panties and decided to give them the ultimate test: I tried them on (skeptically) with my "boyfriend" capri jeans...OMG!! BABY'S GOT BACK! is all I can say about these panties, they are awesome! I am 5'7" 135 lbs med frame wear size 4-6 jeans but I ordered a large based on what other women suggested. They fit perfectly! I would say that if you have bulges stomach/thigh area--get the shaper-style (bike short) instead; these will accentuate any rolls you have above and below the panty, but I highly recommend them. They feel like your real butt if smacked too. Now my silicone boobs match my silicone butt LOL! :-) Enjoy!!

I am extremely pleased with this product. Purchased to wear under very thin fabric and it looked amazing!!! It looked very natural and gave just the right amount of additional curve to my rear end to not over do it. It does run a little small so I recommend going up a size. I will be ordering it in black.

Sadly, for a size 2XL I thought the silicone pads would be bigger...they are more for a size Medium. I have a wide butt, albeit flat, and need something wider. Other thasn that, very comfy to wear.

I previously had bought two of these Silicone panties in a size large. The product itself gives you the extra boost you are looking for. Fabluousoo!!!!However the panty itself runs extremely small. I purchased another one in a XL for the extra comfort, but it made no difference. Word to the wise purchase the silcone pads. Then purchase a comfortable panty separately. Pure comfort now.
