As seen on The Doctors: Waist Cincher Booty is a one piece padded panty with foam padding built right into the buttocks and a figure shaping waist cincher added to trim and hide your belly flab and love handles. It is designed to keep its shape. Just slip it on and you are ready to go. No need for additional inserts etc. Pre shaped, natural looking padded panty is contoured and formed to resemble a realistic round bottom. Features 2 inch thick foam pads. 90% polyester, 10% spandex.Hand washing is recommended for longest wear.

    I don't need to wear this under jeans, but dress pants will fit me in the waist and then look like a baby who has just gotten out of a pool wearing diapers. To much extra cloth around the butt area. This item is just enough butt padding to round out that excess cloth area but not make you look like a fool. ALSO there are NO tell tale lines that show you're wearing padding. The only thing that would make this a 6 out of 5 stars,would be if it had crotch snaps. The only way to use the bathroom would be to take it off or pull to the side. Fit seems to be true to size. I bought Large even though I'm only weigh at most 130 & I'm 5'5". I didn't want back fat thing. I think I could have gotten a medium, but I'll order large again because of the NO back fat issue.

    it looked great, the shape and everything however it was too big. i purchased the s, im a size 24-25 in bebe jean and this was huge on me :( i exchanged it for the silicone boy shorts one, those fit lovely!

    i love this, i am actually going to get 5 more of this, cos moving fwd i will wear this everyday. it fits great and form fitting on the butt too. I never care for reviews but i know how the reviews helped me make up my mind on what to get, this one right here is a KEEPER ladies :) and i am the queen of skeptism, hahaha. PS: just read the review before mines, and the ONE i received has a crotch snap so you can easily snap open to use the bathroom. Thanx!!!!
