If you wanna give it that extra something in the back remove the hip pads and place them in the back that's what i did ladies

I already have a butt but wanted what they call a apple or brazilian butt for a special outfit. This panty helped my achieve that...I even changed out some of the pads and adding silicone pads (sold separately) to enchance the curves!. All I can say is WoW! * Make sure you follow the sizing chart exactly!*

I JUST RECIEVED MINES IN THE MAIL. I HAVE NO BUTT AT ALL. I LOVE THIS PANTY IT HAS GIVEN ME CURVES AND A NICE ROUND NATURAL LOOKING BUTT. TO THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE HIP PADS I TOOK THEM OUT AND PLACE THEM IN THE BACK WITH THE BUTT PADS. IT LOOKS GREAT I HAVE ALOT OF CONFIDENCE ALREADY BUT THIS PRODUCT HAS SHOT IT THROUGH THE ROOF. ALL OF MY FRIENDS TOLD ME HOW NICE AND REAL IT LOOKED AND SOME OF THEM PLANNED TO BUY ONE AS WELL.

i love this pantie..... i just got it today it gives u curves for real. u just have to get a size bigger because it gets tight around ur vagina. its great and i recommend it to everone.

5 foot 7 and weighing about 194 lbs. I am a 13 or 15/16. I thought this pantie was the best choice because it offered the most padding and thought it would make the most difference. These run small! I was going to order a 2x but they were out and got 3x. its tight on the top portion and on the inner thighs where the pantie ends so order the next size up. if the butt and hip pads were connected it would look and feel a lot more natural and there isnt enough padding on the hips to create a round butt which is my problem. Much of the padding is in the middle of the pantie starting from the top all the way down giving your butt a boost. You can feel the hip pads but not the butt pads. They dont sit on my hips, more like the edge of my butt, so I think they should make the pad actually wrap around the thigh. Looks best with jeans, or with a thicker material. Dont expect a HUGE difference but it does its job. It made me more confident and my butt looks rounder and even throughout.
