The strong powernet fabric controls the tummy while hidden pad pockets in the back of the garment are perfectly placed to hold the 1 inch thick removable foam butt-enhancing pads securely in place. For a more realistic look, try them with our silicone pads (purchased separately) . Eye-Hook closure in the panty for easy bathroom convenience. Pads stick out sides of panties.

I can't wear it with most things because the silicone pads stick out the sides and you can see the thick pantie/pad line. The shaper portion is good quality, but the silicon pads don't fit properly.

Runs very very small.I wear a large in pant size ordered a xxl and Can't wear at all. Padding too big. Does not fit inside pockets without being folded over. I wish i could exchange it. Its so small i think that it was labeled wrong. Purchased something before in xxl and it fits. #confused

This item does not match with the size. I ordered a large and it was as though it was a small. The pads protruded out to far, which made my bottom look artificial. The only good think about it was it kept my stomach in place pretty firmly.

Pads were almost twice as big as they should have been. Had to cut them.Got 2x and could hardly get it on and I only weigh 155.

I am a dress size 10, so I normally wear medium size clothes, but your XL is too small! Other reviewers think the same, so why do you not change your table .... nobody will ever buy from you a second time!
