I wear this jock doing cardio at the gym. It is very comfortable and supportive. I can not believe how good it feels wearing it and how great it fits. It actually made my butt a look more rounded and lifted up a little bit more. Believe it or not, I did get more looks in the locker room then I was prepared for.
