    I had to buy a 2x and I'm usually a large- it doesn't do as much as I thought it leaves a small crease under ur butt kinda making it look like ur wearing something weird. But if u adjust it right it looks alright- it's still a little tight hurts my stomach to wear a little, but that's my beer belly :)
