It's really good even though they don't stick that much.

Great booty enhancer
These pads give my booty extra volume and are easy to wash. The sticky side of the pads prevents them from shifting. The only downside is that the foam padding doesn't feel like the rest of my rear end, so if someone grabs my booty, they'll know I'm wearing something under my jeans.

If you need /want Just a little help
These are good when you want to have a butt lifter look. It's not to much but enough to give you some definition on your bottom, more of a natural look no way really to tell that you got a little help.

Answer to Question
The Silicone Adhesive regenerates after it has dried. You can had wash them and after they dry, they will be sticky just like when the pads were brand new. This is new technology.
